Melissa brings over 15 years experience in the education, youth development, and workforce training sectors. She has cultivated a career focused on empowering individuals and strengthening workforce capability.
She began as a Trainer and Assessor, supporting disengaged youth through vocational education and tailored learning interventions. Transitioning into the aged care sector, she moved into Learning and Development, where she focused on building workforce capability through strategic training design, professional development planning, and organisational learning initiatives.
As the Design and Development Coordinator at Liift, she manages the process of reviewing and developing training programs and implementing growth strategies to provide opportunities for the development of material for future markets.
On her weekends, she is busy with two teenage boys and a golden retriever that keeps her entertained and outside in all its elements!
