The Additional Terms and Conditions that appear on the Liift Learning website will govern your use of, and access to, certain sections of the Liift Learning website where they appear. Since these Additional Terms and Conditions form part of the Terms of Use, you are bound by them and should review them wherever they are relevant to your use of the Liift Learning website.

While Liift Learning endeavours to take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the information on this website, we do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, adequacy, or completeness of any of the website content. You acknowledge and accept that the website content may include technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The website content is subject to change at any time without notice and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it.

It is your responsibility to enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material or information you seek to rely upon. To the extent permitted by law Liift Learning disclaims all liability for loss directly or indirectly arising from your use of or reliance on the website and the website content.

Unless expressly granted, Liift Learning does not grant any licence or assign all or part of its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the Liift Learning website or in the user interface of the Liift Learning website.

Any material you send to us on or via the Liift Learning website will be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless it is indicated to be otherwise. This includes any data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other information. We will be entitled to use any such material which has not been indicated to be confidential or proprietary for any purpose without compensation to you.

The Liift Learning website may contain links to other websites operated, controlled or produced by third parties. Unless otherwise indicated, Liift Learning does not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any such third-party websites or their content nor does Liift Learning provide any warranty or take any responsibility whatsoever for any aspect of those websites or their content.

If Liift Learning agrees to your proposed link, you must comply with any terms and conditions imposed by Liift Learning as a condition of such agreement. If the nature and/or content of your website changes in any significant way, you must contact Liift Learning and provide a new description of your website.

Interference with website

You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack, or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on the Liift Learning website.

Payment

On acceptance of the proposal payment must be made prior to commencing training or within 7 days of receiving an invoice from Liift Learning. Liift Learning may suspend or discontinue training if fees are not paid in accordance with the agreed fee schedule outlined in this training proposal.

Qualifications, Statements of Attainment and Certificates of Participation will not be issued until course fees are paid in full.

Cancellations and Refunds

The following additional arrangements apply:

  • All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing by emailing Liift Learning with a minimum of 14 days’ notice as specified in the fees and charges policy
  • Non-attendance of nominated learners outside the cancellation time period in a group booking will incur the full administration cost as stated in the training proposal.
  • An alternate person/participant may only be substituted prior to the commencement of the course by providing a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
  • There is no refund to a Learner who is deemed ‘Not Yet Competent’ after the assessment.
  • Liift Learning reserves the right to cancel any course. Should this occur, the client is entitled to a re-schedule of training (if available) at no extra charge.
  • Liift Learning will not be liable for any claims arising from course cancellation.
  • Should Liift Learning be unable to provide a course or agreed service for any reason or must terminate the arrangement early, an amended proposal will be provided for services and Student who have already been assessed as competent for some units will be issued a Statement of Attainment for these units.

An additional administration fee will be charged per person to develop an individualised training and assessment plan. The administration fee also covers a gap assessment against current competencies if required, enrolment into the course and processing of certificates/statements of attainment for learners

This proposal will also cover course material and processing including enrolment into our online learning management system (LMS). Below is the summary of charges which will form the basis of the final quote and will be subject to change depending on any other details provided.

*Additional expenses can include but not limited to items such as trainer accommodation and travel and expenses if applicable.

Should delivery be required to be conducted in the workplace or outside of Liift Learning premises, a detailed Equipment and Resource Checklist Form will be provided and will need to be signed as agreement that resources will be available and in operational condition prior to delivery of the Liift Learning training course to the learners.  Should equipment not be available at the time of delivery and assessment, Liift Learning reserves the right to cancel the course. The nominated administration fee will be charged per person if this was to occur.

All material used and distributed during the training is the intellectual property of Liift Learning and may not be re-produced in any circumstance/s.


Non accredited
