This course is designed to equip participants with the essential skills to assist clients in performing daily tasks necessary for independent living.  This comprehensive program covers meal preparation, feeding, bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care.  Participants will learn practical techniques for aiding with mobility and providing support for dressing and incontinence management.  Emphasising both the physical and emotional aspects of care, the course also addresses the social impact of these activities on clients’ wellbeing.  With a focus on those with disabilities and older adults, this training is crucial for support workers aiming to enhance their clients’ quality of life.  By the end of the course, participants will possess the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of those they care for.
